She ran.
She didn't even look back at the guard still being crushed to death by the roots near her open cage. Why would she? She knew she had to run.
Running was the only thought clear in her mind; words, thoughts, how long she'd been there she couldn't say, but the constant experiementation had taken its toll on her mind.
He'd called her his 'Special Project', as though it was a term of endearment. Sick and twisted as it sounds, maybe for him it was.

She had to run.

Even if they follow, she had to run.
