Character Bio

Marco was one of the worlds leading physiciatric therapists. After graduating at the top of his class he was hired to run experiments for the U.S. Government. Initially he was working on U.S. soldiers understanding how the mind works. Before long he was moved to homeland security and began interagating terrorists. After several years he became the most feared man in the Unit due to his brutal electro-shock treatment. by the Time he had moved up the ranks the world feared his new ideas and the Military released him. After an experiment went wrong in his basement he became a conductor of his electrical fields and hunts the men that threaten Paragon City.
