Character Bio

I'm so cold.

Since that accident, I can't stop drawing the kinetic energy, the heat, from everything around me. I don't mean to, but I'm so cold, and it hurts.

I accidentally killed a few people, right after I changed. The law declared me a powered criminal and threw me in the Zig. Arachnos broke me out, told me they had a place for people like me... I had no illusions about them, but what else was I supposed to do? I was still alive only because Rhode Island doesn't have a death penalty.

For a while, I served them. I tried to minimize the harm I did, always choosing the lesser evil... and in time, the FBSA down-graded my threat rating from "villain" to "rogue," meaning I could slip back into the US without immediately triggering a nationwide manhunt. I kept doing whatever good I could, where I could, and now I'm a registered hero and everything. It almost makes up for knowing I'm still sucking all warmth out of the universe, little by little.
