Character Bio

He was born with three strikes against him. He was poor, indian, and short. But he was also blessed with keen sight, intelligence, and perserverence. His tribe, the Seminoles, named him "Lumhe-Turtwa," which means Eagle-Eye. His grandfather taught him the old ways -- how to live off the land, hunt, and the ways of the warrior. Eagle-Eye roamed the Everglades alone with nothing but a knife and the tools he made with that knife. After high school, he joined the Navy to pay for his education. His call sign, "Flea," was the nickname his buddies had given him because of his height. Several years as a Navy Seal trained him well and allowed him the chance to attend college. He studied biology and chemistry at Florida State University, graduating with high honors. He came to Paragon City to work as a lab assistant while he earned his doctorate. After hearing his students recount how they were constantly robbed and raped on the streets of his new home, he decided to use his skills to protect them.
