Character Bio

Officer Reed's father was an attorney on the Family's payroll.  He was adept at finding technicalities for high-ranking members of the mob to slip through the fingers of the law, and loved the Miranda Rights so much that he named his daughter after them.  Miranda grew up watching one mobster after another literally get away with murder, and became a police officer in an effort to compensate for all the men her father helped to escape justice.  She is currently overseeing a group of young gang members who are performing community service to see the world through the eyes of a registered Hero.
