Rowan Wendel didn't intend to end up in this dimension, but she didn't intend to be flung across many of them when destroying a corrupted pocket dimension attached to her home either. Her magic is somatic and an innate knowledge of the traffic of energies, especially magical, much like a network topology, she has a wholly unique sense regarding actions and purposes of people, places, and things. That she is here feels right, and therefore there is a purpose to it, even if she doesn't know what yet.
