Character Bio

Doctor Herbert West IV has taken up the family practice. He plans to perfect the methods used by his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather by proving a human life can be restored after brain-death occurs. After leaving the university in Arkham, he came to Paragon City to work with Dr. Vahzilok, but quickly decided the 'good' doctor was the worst kind of hack, and seeks to show the world that reanimation can be achieved without resorting to the use of patchwork flesh golems, or banished pantheons of dead gods, or nictus-fusions.  True science will win out, and in the end the benefits to mankind will overshadow the costs.
