Character Bio

An ArchVillian from WWII Rex Dominic, retired to several years after the war ended with the defeat of his Greatest Nemesis, a blaster name Force One, and literially put him on ice. Paragon City home of Statesman where producing heroes like cockroaches and Alien tech was easy to comeby. Now dying he, as all villians do, hatched a plan. Using the last of his resources he setup a lab in an industrial park in Kings Row. He took the body of Force One and cloned it. Using some pilfered Crey/Ritiki tech he modified the body on a genitic level attempting to graph his special powers into the body. The changes needed to be activated once the final step was complete, a mind transfer. That tech was one of the few pieces of property he keep after all these years. The original unit was portable. s. Clone 1 failed to accept the transfer. A second one was used, before it could be verified if it worked the lab was attacked by a group Heroes. The AV seemed dead and one clone was found, the other assume destroyed. TB
