Character Bio
The only things James Tyrell ever knew were the streets of Praetoria and fear. Fear of being scanned and discovered as a mutant, fear of thinking that maybe, just maybe, there was something quite wrong with the way Emperor Cole and his Praetors imposed their peace on the world. But he did not act, he watched, that is, until the day it all happened.
The day Primal Earth warriors, repelling an assault from Tyrant entered Praetoria and showed the world that freedom existed. On that day, Blue Storm, one of the 12 guardians the Stellars placed on Primal Earth, became the inspiration of James. Under the Blue Storm costume, he vowed to fight for Praetoria's Praetoria !
