Aliens are common, Just look at the Rikti and the Kheldians. The Funny thing is why would a Kheldian choose a Nekan as a host. She was on her way to earth anyways, but the kitten had trouble, and was pleeded to by this other alien, so two aliens together became one. Kitten thanked the Kheld though she realised that it was going where she was, Paragon City, she would of course be looking for another of her kind, but the kheldian would be more then enough to help her find the other... she hoped.
