Character Bio

Susie Fulmen was determined to be a hero. So determined, in fact, that she took a job with Crey R&D to get a chance. Biding her time, she worked for them for several years before finally being assigned to senior researcher on a project.  

Under her lead, her team used the concepts explored by a recently acquired patent to create a system capable of using electricity to manipulate foes and heal allies. Countess Crey herself attended the final demonstration, and shook Susie's hand, congratulating her for a job well done.

That night, with the lab empty and the electrical manipulation system fully charged, Susie made her move. Using her codes, she took the system, then took all of the files.  Finally, she used the device to overload the computer system, sending cascades of electricity coursing down the lines, frying all of the backups and safeguards in the way. With  her invention safely in hand, Susie finally fulfilled her lifelong dream, becoming the hero Surge Arrester!
