Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Zuchal, bred with lupine genetic material, was placed in the experiments of Project Occlusion, a training and experimentation program designed to create and augment powers of steal to produce the perfect thieves, assassins, and spies. His genetic code was manipulated and his body subjected to painful bombardment by exotic energies during the experiments, which gave him the ability to cloak himself in fields of exotic energy and use it to protect and better conceal himself. The program failed to instill loyalty in him, though, and when subjects of Project Spartan staged a breakout, Zuchal, like others in Project Occlusion, was quick to use his newfound abilities to slip out of the facility amid the chaos, escaping into Paragon City.
