Character Bio

Devlin O'Connor was a petty thug in the alleyways of Dublin, Ireland. He wanted more power, more strength, and more respect from the other crooks on the streets. When he noticed an advertisement for "astonishing upgrades to strength and abilities" in the newspaper, Dev decided to sign up as a participant.

Many months later, Dev was released back onto the streets to test his powers. Some of the other illegally inclined citizens might have wanted to comment on the wires criss-crossing under Devlin's skin, but at the sight of the red electricity they decided to keep their comments to themselves. A wise decision.

Dev soon found the Dublin streets to be dull and boring. So he relocated to the Rogue Isles, changed his name, and threw his lot in with other like-minded individuals.
