Character Bio

Misty Dawn is not her name, but rather her earliest memory. Waking up on an east coast beach with no memory of who she is or where she is from was kind of difficult. She wandered and scrounged an existence until she found herself in Paragon City. She wound up falling in with the Outcasts, and on the wrong side of the law. She considered them family for several years, until they left her to fend for herself during a police raid on their hideout. She was arrested, and spent a couple of years in a juvenile center. During this time, her powers came to the surface, manifesting themselves during an electricy experiment in one of her reform classes. As the years have gone by, she has had dreams and visions, leading her to the belief that she has relatives, but has no clue where. Now she puts her abilities to good use, fighting crime and trying to keep others from making the same mistakes she did. All the while hoping that somehow, someway she unlocks her missing memories and discovers who she truly is.
