Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Rahjin, bred with lupine genetic material, was placed in Project Spartan and subjected to a brutal regimen of martial arts training mixed with torture and experiments to turn him into a shock trooper loyal to Dr. Serpentes and willing to carry out his nefarious criminal schemes. Along with the rigorous training came indoctrination, though that part of the program proved woefully insufficient. When other subjects of Project Spartan staged a breakout, Rahjin eagerly joined in, using his training to help his brethren battle their way through the facility and their tormenters to freedom on the streets of Paragon City.
