Character Bio

Charlotte Oakstreet is a brilliant scientist who was one of the few individuals actively recruited into the Powers Division despite not having any powers herself.  This was all due to a combat suit she developed for another Powers Division member that impressed his superiors.  Melissa, tired of all the hounding, decided to play along, she built herself a battle suit.  The first few iterations were nothing more than defensive armor, so she was derided by the other members of Powers Division.  Tired of all the pranks and jokes, she heavily modified her suit.

Her new suit, Ballade MK 1.02, was an impressive step forward.  Able to create sonic anomolies, she decided to combat test her suit on her previous benefactor.  She was soundly defeated, but it didn't stop her from trying again.  The next time, she wore Ballade MK 1.34 into the battle.  This was modified to improve her use of firearms.   For her previous defeat, she shot her dueling partner in the head.
