Character Bio

After all efforts by Serafina to recover the Mantle of Scirocco from Imad Malak had failed, the Monks of the Four Winds turned to desperate measures to combat the evil corrupting their power.

Alejandro Cordoba was chosen by the monks to receive the power of the desert sands themselves.  He uses the desert as a shield to protect himself from the magic used by the holder of the mantle of Scirocco. Rather than use the sacred scimitar of Serafina, he chooses instead to wield a carefully balanced katana, echoing the desert's ability to chip away at the strongest rock until finally destroying it. The monks gave Alejandro the name "Shaloc", which is the Catalan name for the blood-red sands that blow in from the Sahara. Sworn to reclaim the mantle of Scirocco for the monks, Shaloc will not rest until the name of Scirocco is synonymous with a hero once again.
