Alese resided in the Rogue Isles alone after her parents were murdered. She wasn't able to hold a job & was soon put to the streets. One night while sitting on the ledge of a bridge, she thought of the best way to kill herself. It was then a nictus essence came crashing down into the water below, the tremor knocking her in. Just before she let herself drown the Nictus merged with her. This nictus was one of the good & so she moved to Paragon City to start anew only to find the same, unwanted life.

For many years Alese traveled around Paragon in search of something to make her happy. While taking in the sights of Dark Astoria she came upon another Warshade. He was like no other for he was kind & brought warmth to her heart. Perhaps this Warshade is what she has been looking for?
