Character Bio

Joe Duke was a nasty piece of work.

After working for a number of evil masterminds he was unfortunate enough to come across Lord Mentalla who needed a new subject for his latest cyborg experiment. Mentalla had developed a nano-virus he named ?The New Creed? which assimilates its host to create a very evil cyborg. After successfully infection Joe it all went wrong! Somehow instead of creating a very evil cyborg it create a very good one! This is causing a good versus evil struggle within Joe which ?The New Creed? is winning? but will this last?

Joe is now running around Paragon doing good and defeating evil. The little that is left of Joe is a tad annoyed about this.
