Character Bio

Born in Pevek, Russia, Vladimir Roschenko lived most of his life in the unforgiving region of the Arctic Circle. For more generations than he could remember, his family had used techniques which allowed them to survive the harsh tundra's climate, but with those techniques came a responsibility to help others.

During most of his life Vlad actually eskewed that responsibility, prefering to strike out on his own, answering to no one, and enjoying the cold and silence of the Tundra.

That all changed the day the Devouring Earth came to upset the tranquil place that was his home.  They kidnapped what members of his family they could, to fuel their experiments against nature, slaughtering those that put up a fight. Taking this monumental lose as the price paid for his life of shirking the responsibility of his family's birthright, he vowed to one day stand before the smoking husk of a corpse that is the Hamidon in retribution.
