Character Bio

A former hero gone rogue, Penny was once romantically involved with the hero known as Coin. Together for just a few months, they had a passionate but short lived romance that burned brightly between them, but was ultimately doomed due to her short fused temper.

After an incident where Penny lost control and nearly killed an innocent kidnapping victim, Coin told her they could never be together again and a furious battle ensued in Boomtown. Coin was eventually victorious but Penny ran, tears streaming from her eyes.

Unknown to both of them, however, Penny was already pregnant and she settled in a small Zen temple to try and learn control over her anger and her powers. Leaving her newly born daughter there to learn, she returned to find her one true love, only to find Coin had found love of his own already, although she is unaware this romance has now ended badly for Coin.

Penny's intense anger soon swallowed her and she swore revenge against Coin, becoming Bad-Penny...the one who always comes back.
