Character Bio

After training in archery from a young age, Sarah Morgan was attacked when she won the All-American Archery trophy when it was held in Paragon City. When the Hellions tried to kidnap her to hold her for ransom, she was rescued by Silver Racer and Coin.

Little did she know that Silver Racer was her sister, Jenny, and that Coin was her friend, Stefan McLeod, both of whom were there to support her in the tournament.

Deciding that she too wanted to help the heroes of Paragon City, she fashioned herself a costume and created a set of trick arrows to support her normal ones and took to the streets as Cobalt Shot, a hero who just wants to help whenever she can.
