When Allison Ingeer's father took her out to meet the new society he had joined, he could not have imagined his daughters disapproval when she learned it was the Council! Refusing to ally herself to their cause, the Council held Allison against her will and transformed her into the magnificent being she is today with their machinery. Allison's powers surfaced and went wild! The whole room of Council soldiers were wiped out in only moments and she fled the scene. It was then that Allison took up the identity of January Arms, swearing to take down the Council wherever they should rise up.
