Character Bio

Known only as Mr Bill, he is one of Arachnos's deadliest assassins. Once a petty thug from Kings Row with a long criminal rap sheet, Bill volunteered to allow Crey Industries to experiment a military steroid drug on Zig inmates. The experiment granted improvements to his physiology but also mutated his body to control Earth elements. When Arachnos agents freed Bill from the Zig, he immediately sought employment from his new associates.
As a "Chosen One", Bill rose through the ranks of Arachnos performing an impressive number of successful missions throughout the Rogue Isles. The pinnacle of his exploits occurred when he fought Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx in Atlas Park alongside other villains. Bill had also fought a future version of Lord Recluse and won. More criminal exploits await this villain!
