I realized the error of my ways. I was lovemad for too many centuries, and, in my heartbreak I blamed Hiro, my first true friend. He was good to his word, it really was his one and only kiss, but I was too blind to believe him. And he never went back for her, just as he promised.

I was wrong for so many years; it took another encounter with him to help me see reason. Now, after all this time, I've been released in this new city, in this new time. And I have a chance to redeem myself in the eyes of both my first love and my first friend.

I'm told it's not the goal that matters but the journey; I only wish they were walking alongside me...
