Character Bio

On September 26, 1955, a US Navy Hurricane Hunter flight (a Neptune weather-research plane) vanished after flying into Hurricane Janet, a Category 5 hurricane, somewhere south of the Bermuda Triangle. Nine crewmen and two passengers were never seen again. Hurricane Janet killed a total of 680 people. (True event).

On September 24, 2005, Category 5 Hurricane Rita came ashore on the Texas/Louisiana border, killing six people from direct effects, and 113 indirectly.

When the storm ended, one man floated down out of the sky. How he had come to be there, no one knows. He said nothing about his experiences.

The press and the government somehow lost track of the man before he could be properly identified, but witnesses claim to have recognized his face in old photographs of the crew of that Neptune aircraft from fifty years ago. Particularly sharp observers of events in Paragon City believe they know where he is now, but no one knows why.
