Character Bio

He was once an informant on the streets for local gangs, famous for telling people what they already knew. But one night he decided to take a short cut through a power plant and paid for it. He ran between a couple of unstable transformers and was shocked. It should have been more than enough to kill him but instead it just altered his DNA in such a way that he could harness and use the energy that tried to kill him. He then left his gang in search of a higher purpose but, unable to completely let go, kept his nickname from his gang, Cpt. Obvyous.
