He chose his name in order to try to sully the reputation of Funk & Wagnalls, a publishing giant that has spurned him one too many times. Benjamin has always dreamed of dominating the Earth, but he needs to start with the Rogues Isles and Paragon City first. He has tried many different tactics to become the ruler of these two small cities, all of which have been failures. His main tactics are mind control and his use of poison. His first foray into the mind control business consisted of hand picking street thugs and performing brain surgery, along with the use of drugs and radiation. He also attempted to take mountain gorillas from Bwindi National Park in Uganda, and infuse them with human intelligence. Only one subject lived and would have been a success, but he has since escaped declared his vengeance.
