He then passed out in the burning building and never knew what happened, until he woke up at the hospital and was told that the fire just died out, as if something just made it dissapear? Unfortunately he was no longer able to contain all the fire he had absorped, so in order for him to maintain a "normal" life, he sought out some of Paragon City's finest. They build a unique armor for him, which has helped him control his powers. Unknown what precisely happened but as far as record shows, Targeteer shows great physical endurance and durabilty. Combined with an array of technical arrows and gadgets, he has shown great potential as a Hero by himself. Whether he still works for Wyvern/Manticore has never been confirmed but he does seem to show up a lot of places, that Manticore shows interest in.
