As he made himself more and more known, to the upper circles of The Isles, he was contacted by an Arbiter. Who on behalf of the True Power in The Isles, wanted to enlist Arcane and use his knowledge of Magick. As a reward for his services, Arcane was granted a small island nested between the major isles of the area. Here he manifested a Tall, Bleak looking Tower, which is known as Arcane Tower. In this tower Lord Arcane keeps an eye on all kinds of Magic Using creatures and any major use of Magick in the area. Rumours circulate that Lord Arcane has been given some kind of position in The Isles, but nothing that seems ?official? enough, to merit anyone knowing it for sure. Webb woke up on the beach of Mercy Island and was approached by a man calling himself Allan Desslock. Allan began talking to Webb and even called him by his name, which he doesn't really recall what is. The only thing that Webb vaguely remembers, is a figure cloaked in darkness and speaking with a voice from Beyond. Saying that his true potential would be unlocked as he found himself again.... Webb now roams the Rogues Isles, seeking clues to whom he might be and why he awoke on Mercy with no memory. He apparantly has some ties to the organization Arachnos, as he is free to enter their strongholds and resupply his ammunition and get his armor repaired when needed.
