Because of her mutation she could not go to a normal facility and was placed into a special ward of the super powered prison for youth offenders. She knows there she was found by her commander. She was taught by Lysatia Darque in counselling sessions and the woman began as a role model for the girl. However, trust was the first mistake. Seeing nothing more than a pawn in the girl, the woman began breaking down her personality and identity with brainwashing and abuse until the young mutant knew little more than serving the woman's whim. Training her in the finer arts of combat she has improved the youth into a silent assassin, an executor of her will and whim. While she was nominally the first villain to join the Insurgency, she is treated as she is named, like a slave to the group forced into menial chores rather than respect.
