The famous Scottish predicition machine, 'The Cartomancer' took a break from astonishing the world when he took up crime fighting while in 'vacaction' in Paragon City. Rumour has it he was involved in some accident where his soul was split in two and formed another 'person'. (the creation of his arch nemesis, 'Crazy Cartomancer').

A former Nuclear powerplant worker, who took on one too many nightshift for his own good.
During his last shift a mysterious shape appeared out of one of the containment areas and dropped something on the floor. Foolishly (or just drugged out on caffeine) he picked up this object and it welded onto his wrist.
Strange things started to happen to Mr Brooks from that day forth....

Having spent many months alone, he had returned to join a super group, 'The Easy Going' one.

Young Jimmy Peaches had the same life experiences as anyone else but for one difference - he was born with 'unusual' characteristics, such as having larger than normal ears. As a result of this, he got made fun off at school mercilessly year after year and because he didn't want to stoop to their level, he did nothing about it and carried on.
However in his last year of high school something snapped, for some reason he spoke out to his tormentors. Trouble was, when he said "STOP!" he almost crippled the poor boy teasing him with a thunderous blast from his mouth. Running from the scene, scared and unsure of what he had (almost) done he sought out Miss Liberty, a hero he knew who could help him and tell him if he was 'super' or not. On reaching Atlas Park he described the event to her and she studied him closely for a while before speaking. "Yes my dear, you are 'super' for you have been born with the power of voice implification and in time your abilities will be increased as well"

With a background in animal medicine, Vivien went about treating house hold pets down at the local vet.
On one fateful day her office was sabotaged by the Skull gang, resulting in the death of all but herself and a few of the injured animals. Furious at this she began to save her money to somehow fight back at the people who took away what meant so much to her. After several months of gruelling long hour jobs she had enough money to build a lab to give herself superhuman abilities.
Recently attached to the Brickstown PPD, where she serves as a deterent to supervillain activities.
