Character Bio

Doctor Joseph Garrok was a top scientist and researcher for a little known but powerful organisation called OsAP - Overseas Armament Program. During the first Rikti war, OsAP was infiltrated by Longbow agents under Rikti mind control. Garrok was testing prototype robotic weapons in the firing range. As the wardens passed by, they spotted Garrok and began an assault on the robotics and Garrok. A Longbow Warden with electrical powers attacked Garrok and overloaded the suit that controlled the robots, thus fusing the suit to Garrok's skin.
