 James Kincaid, or as the Calgary Times dubbed him, "Kinetic Interferance", was adopted into a very wealthy family of war profiteers around the age of 3. At the age of 12, James found out the truth about his parents. Both his mother and his father were anti-war protestors, killed by the very weapons his new family sold. When he learned this, he vowed revenge against all forms of war by taking matters into his own hands. During the time the USA was involved in Desert Storm was the time James encounted his uncle, known only as the "Crey Engineer". After explaining his situation, the "Crey Engineer" decided to place James into a secret project, an Elemental Genetic Alteration Machine. With complete success, the machine imbued James with the essence of electricity.
