Character Bio

Motus Ut joined Arachnos out of necessity. An orphan, Motus' sister raised him until she was 15. When she died as a casualty of the First Rikti War, Motus had no where to go. Having the misfortune of ending up in the Rogue Isles, he found that, to survive, one would either have to become a Master Criminal, or join the military. Having no superpowers, he decided that he'd be no match vying with the supers. He trained, day and night, honing all of his natural talents. Once he felt ready, he joined Arachnos.
After his training was over, he found himself endowed with new skills, yet, he just couldn't bring himself to stay. Why enslave oneself to any master, when power comes so naturally? With newfound courage, he broke free from Arachnos, to become a mercenary. With a shrewd eye on the horizon, he seeks to find the most "mutually beneficial" arrangement in any situation.
