Character Bio

On the way home from school one day a young Paul Rodgers decided to take a short
cut through the back streets of Skyway because he was running late. When he
found himself surronded by a group of Trolls.. As the Trolls begain to taunt him and
threaten to kill him a terrible fear grew in him and as the fear grew he felt a great
surge of engery burst out of him that blasted all the Trolls. Leaving them either dead
or greatly stuned. This was when Paul relized his mutant talent of being able to
control engery. As he grew older he trained himself to use engery as a weapon and
design a special Visor and Guanlets that helps him to focus the energy better.
Taking the name Capt. Blast, he hit the streets to defend the citizens of Paragon City
form all the evil that lurks in it.
