History: Rachel was once a proud member of the Powers Division, using her mutant "gift" of sonic vibration to help the people of Praetoria, ... or so she thought. After several years, she met Dr. Karen Marsh, fell in love and were married. (the marriage was illegal)
Happiness wouldn't last for the young couple as Dr. Marsh was charged with aiding the Resistance with her charity work. The truth was, Dr. Marsh had stumbled upon the dark secret of the Ghouls true origins.
To silence them, Karen and Rachel were attacked before the trial by the PPD posing as Resistance members. During the attack Karen was killed, but Rachel, using her sonic powers, managed to escape.
