Character Bio

An aircraft designer for Bell in the late 1930s, Stuart Aston was working with
subcontractor Hughes Aircraft on a redesign of the underpowered Bell P-39 Airacobra.

Howard Hughes was developing a top secret energy source for the Government in
the same lab. Late one night, Hughes' containment bubble failed, and the
implosion of the energy source cast Aston completely out of his own space and time.
Aston found himself in Paragon City in 2004, possessed of strange new powers,
having somehow absorbed both the unknown energy source and its containment
bubble.

Stuart missed all of WWII. Knowing his redesign of the Airacobra could have made a difference, but never left the drawing board, Stuart keenly feels a need to make up for missed opportunities. He took a special satisfaction in facing the Fifth Column,
and now the Council.

Unable to discover what happened to his friend, Howard Hughes became a recluse.
He was considered crazy by the general public at the time of his death.
