History: Layfield is a disavowed operative of (Classified Top Secret). He was a part of a secret government team, however a mission to disrupt Superadyne cartels in (Classified Top Secret) went wrong and he went MIA, and was assumed dead or compromised. Layfield recently appeared in Paragon City for reasons unknown, FBSA has been requested by the Director of (Classified Top Secret) to allow Layfield to register as a hero so they, and we can closely monitor his activities.
