Hector Gonzalez-Hernandez was a Major League slugger and former teammate of 0 the Hero, that is until 0 the Hero busted the lab that supplied his performance enhancing drugs. This landed him in the Mitchell Report in his first free-agent offseason, and thanks to the negative publicity, mainly spread by Paragon City sports talk show host and superhero RJ the Road Dog, no major league team signed him. He then left for the Rogue Isles where he juiced himself up so much that he gained superpowers. Now he seeks revenge on the two people who he thinks forced him from the game.
