Yes, I am in fact the Psychic Guardian.

However when I first revealed I had mastered using my Psychic abilities for the offensive rather than just defending with them a writer called me the Psychic Striker instead, and it stuck. Now while using Psychic Blasts and Telekinetic Assaults instead of my Mind Control, Force Fields, and Ice I get called Psychic Striker.

And who knows, maybe you'll catch me using Force Fields while blasting up villains someday too ;).
