Character Bio

Brad Cody was a high school dropout in San Diego, California. Finding school put too much of a cramp in his style, he left and took up the life of a beach bum. While surfing one day, his powers manifested, resulting in a 25' square portion of the wave being frozen solid. After that, his "Ski the Pacific" Beach parties brought people from as far away as San Francisco and Vegas. He tried to work a job as a bartender, but that put too much of a cramp in his style too. When he heard that his sister had been accosted by some thugs in Paragon City and laid up in the hospital, he realized it was time to take on some new responsibility. He moved to Paragon, registered with Freedom Corps, and now works the schedule he wants to. Out of respect for his sister, that schedule is usually a full one. He met his main babe Aster in line for Freedom Corp, and the two have been inseprable ever since.
