Character Bio

Patriot Black is the codename for a former top-ranking American military scientist. Project: Patriot RWB was a covert operation to discover ways of mass-producing American super soldiers & cornering the market on the future of warfare. Patriot Black had devised many injections & serums, but none that the government seemed interested in. Then he hit upon a serum he called Arsenal. Aresenal improved the speed, stamina, reflexes, & wits of those injected with it, but also increased their tendency toward psychotic episodes. Patriot Black concealed the last portion of the effects & went to work. When the generals in charge of the project discovered what he hid, he was taken into custody. After being broken out by Arachnos, he recovered a hidden syringe of concentrated Arsenal & took it himself. He's now determined to see his project through & punish those generals for their lack of patriotism. All America will see his genius when he & his super soldiers march on Washington & usher in a new era of peace!
