Character Bio

A fiery redhead in more than one sense of the word, Mary "Firebomb" O'Malley has been a handful her whole life. The youngest & only girl of five children, Mary's dream was to follow her father & brothers into the PCFD. When her father forbade her from trying, Mary's disappointment turned her to a life of rebelliousness that walked the fine line into petty crime. She was hanging out with some Hellions in Steel Canyon one night, when their arsonist ways hit home. While trying to stop the building from burning down, one of her brothers was severely injured in a confrontation with a Damned named 3rd Degree. It was at that moment that Mary's mutant power to control temperature extremes manifested itself. Shielding herself from his fiery attacks & lashing back with ice cold fists, Mary managed to pin the stunned Hellion down until more experienced heroes showed up. Though she still displays a somewhat rude attitude even to her friends, everyone knows this civic-minded girl is on the side of the angels
