Character Bio

Gibraltaris is a genetically engineered Spanish super-soldier named Jose Ortega. Ortega's boss in the Spanish military is an old comrade of Statesman's and had Gibraltaris sent to Paragon post-Rikti war to help clean up the place. Ortega feels that his mission is not only one of aid, but also one of diplomacy. He has to prove to everyone that he is a competant soldier capable of working in a hostile environment far from his native land. He looks forward to dealing with not only the many representatives of Paragon City, but also working hand-in-hand with the city's hero populace as well. The eyes of Statesman are on him after all...
