Character Bio

Clarissa James was the lead singer for the band Silent Lullaby. Their blend of goth, techno, and even opera (thanks to Clarissa's amazing voice) was a hit in the underground music scene. While on a gig in Golden Gate Park, Clarissa's voice suddenly went up in volume during a crescendo and resulted in the injury of many of the fans. After everything had settled back down, Clarissa discovered that her voice was not a normal gift, but part of the mutant powers she was born with. Her management advised her to take some time off while they sorted through the lawsuits. Feeling like she owed someone something, she created the identity of Timbre and for now patrols Paragon's streets helping those in need.
