Character Bio

A brute in the purest form of the word, a lout, an oaf, and a bully. The Palooka was kicked out of the World Wide Boxing League for too many "acccidents" involving his opponents and death. His prodigious strength aside, Palooka was never a good boxer, but excelled at hurting people. After being kicked out of the league, Palooka broke into the home office and stole the championship belt. He was caught by the hero son of one of the boxers he'd killed and sent to the Zig. Inside, he engaged in many underground boxing tournaments overseen by the corrupt prison guards. He pitted his skills against many super powered individuals and - while not winning any - always caused serious damage to his opponent. When the breakout was staged, Palooka decided to put his boxing career on hold. After breaking into the WWBL's home office to steal the belt a second time, Palooka decided to heed the advice of someone he met on the inside and go to work doing what he was actually good at: hurting people.
