Hello, I am Doctor Noire, I been working in Atlas Park hospital for 8 years. One day a shipment arrived, I had to take it to the top floor of the hospital & store it in the fridge. The fridge closed on me. I couldn't get out, turns out that the shipment was to remain at room temp, someone had tampered with it, it exploded covering me completley, It was a radioactive healing mixture. I wasn't found for 2-3 hours, when I was found I was laying on the ground, believed to be dead.

I was very much alive, I was just trying to keep warm. They ran tests and I was told I was perfectly fine until one day when at work a burst of radioactive green light healed one of my sick children. Little did I know at the time, I had the power to heal people naturally instead of using medicine. Now I hunt and bring thugs to justice in paragon and heal those in need as Doctor Noire.
