Character Bio

Clark Kelley was once a DATA researcher in the field of power armor. This didn't last long due to his "questionable" methods of testing. It wasn't long before he was hired by Aeon Corp. While he found this newfound freedom refreshing, his colleagues' freedom frequently interfered with his research. Threatened by his obvious superiority, his colleagues arranged for an accident on his latest prototype. While demonstrating the armor's capabilities, a power overload was allowed to go unchecked. While it didn't kill him, it did fuse the armor to his central nervous system. Now he can manipulate his body's electromagnetic field to store and discharge powerful electric bursts through physical contact. Calling himself the Cobalt Capacitor, he seeks revenge on all those who plotted against him.
