Character Bio

Rose Taylor always felt more comfortable around plants. This became even more prevalent when she turned sixteen and her mutant powers awakened. She found that the sound of her voice could actually control the plant life around her. However, her voice was now slightly uncomfortable, if not harmful, to other forms of life. Determined not to let this get her down, she took up the name Echoing Dahlia and went forth to fight the criminal element.
